FIRST RECONCILIATION, FIRST COMMUNION, CONFIRMATION - Visit our Children Pre-K to 8 page for information about children/youth sacraments. Adults requesting sacraments should contact the Parish Office by phone or by email.
WEDDING INFORMATION - Contact the Parish Office at least one year in advance to schedule your wedding. Attendance at a Diocesan Marriage Preparation Class is required. Click here for information on the online Marriage Prep Class. You can download our Wedding Info Form which can be emailed or dropped off at the Parish Office. SPONSOR CERTIFICATES - Have you been asked to be a godparent or Confirmation sponsor? You must be a practicing, Confirmed Catholic who is a registered parishioner at Saint Ann. Please download our Sponsor Request Form and review the questions on the back. Sign the back and drop it off at the Parish Office. We will complete the front and return it to you.
